Module 1: Building a strong foundation and becoming proactive when it comes to your health
Building a Strong Foundation: Understanding the definition of good health by looking at healing through nutrition throughout time, the multiple factors you must focus on for your healing journey, and becoming aware of what mental blocks may be slowing you down. Focusing on mindset and daily routines creates a foundation to build healthy habits upon.

Module 2: Unlearning & Kickstarting The New YOU Through Getting Rid Of Inflammation

Through daily steps to help reduce hidden sugar intake you can get healthier. It's not about cutting out all sugar, but it's about making smarter choices to support your well being.

Module 4: Stress, hormones, and anxiety management
Everyone these days is walking around with some type of low-grade inflammation in the body. It's not rocket-science to understand that it's due to the massive amounts of stress we live under these days. Now more than ever is the importance of healing inflammation through food and lifestyle habits. In module 4 you will learn about the role stress and anxiety play in inflammation, how cortisol is a hormone that you need to learn about, and what action steps and mindfulness practices you can do to destress and relieve anxiety.

Module 5: Recreate the life that brings you joy through movement and exercise. 
In this module you are going to learn how to thrive in your own lane when it comes to exercise. It's not about how you should be like someone else, it's more about: You Should Do You! You will learn be the strongest, most energetic, and healthiest version of you that you can be. We all pretty much know what we should be doing, but in this module you will succeed! You will learn how to be your own investigator by using data to create systems, be aware of how what you put into your body affects your performance no matter what level you are at, guilt-versus-shame, and the four different fitness personalities that can help you get clarity on what your style of fitness is that you will enjoy most.

Module 6: Creating lifestyle habits that will have you never looking back
The biggest reason why most people don't get to their health goals is because their motivation dies after a few weeks after the excitement is gone. They don't have someone to hold them accountable to their goals along with the tools to keep the motivation lasting.  In module 3, you will learn how to stay motivated up until the new action steps that you learn turn into your daily habits. You will learn the tools that keep you from getting stuck and from slowing down your trajectory to your optimal health, allowing you to reach your goal much faster.
